Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all in store and online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit provided that the items is:

• unused
• regular priced items 
• in the original packaging (and unopened)
• in re-sellable condition (no rip or tears in packaging or hangtags, free from pet hair and odors)
• with all tags attached
• with proof of purchase 

Purchases made online may be returned within 14 days of delivery and may be returned in person or by mailing the item back to us 480  10816 Macleod Trail SE. Please reach out to us prior to mailing the item. All returns are subject to approval prior to returning and we reserve the right to limit or refuse an item if not in the condition described above.  All Discounted and Sale Items are Final Sale.

Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying shipping for the item to be returned to our store. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping if applicable. 

Sale Items:

All sale items are final sale. 

Gifts:

If the purchase was marked as a gift a store credit will be issued
