Returns:
We accept returns on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Nursing Bras are eligible if tried on with protective nursing pads
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Underwear, Hosiery, Swimwear, Skin care, all sale items & gift cards.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@babyandmematernity.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right.
