CANADA: 

We are proudly a Canadian owned company and we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 and standard $15 flat rate on all other orders. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and standard shipping takes 4-7 business days. We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. 

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer flat rate shipping within Canada. We are currently not shipping to the US. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery or In-Store Pickup:

• Local delivery is available for addresses within Calgary for a flat fee of $10.
  
  

• In-store pickup is available at 480, 10816 Macleod Trail SE  Pickups are available during store hours. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.
  
  

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update once you’ve received a notification that your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, etc., especially during high-volume seasons. Once your order has left our shop we are at the mercy of the carrier and will do our best to help you track down any missing packages.
